Strength and Motion Academy
Cody's 28 Day Challenge transformation at Strength and Motion Academy, Midland WA, but this one's about gaining, not losing.
Before the challenge, Cody had taken some time away from training and was naturally lean, the kind of build that makes putting on muscle genuinely hard.
Tracking his nutrition showed him he actually needed to eat more, not less, and settling into a routine of around 3,000–3,500 calories a day (eggs, wraps, rice dishes, roast veg and chicken) alongside six training sessions a week helped him add 5.2kg, including 2.1kg of muscle.
Life still got in the way at times, but Cody says coming back from a few days off left him feeling stronger than ever, proof that the win was consistency, not perfection. Regular check-ins with his coaches on niggly pains, plus the structure of being in a challenge rather than going it alone, made the whole thing easier to stick to.
The next 28-Day Challenge in Midland is coming.

This isn't the usual 28DC story. Cody came here to gain weight.
5.2kg up. 2.1kg of that? Pure muscle. The hard part wasn't training six days a week, it was learning to eat enough to grow.
