Every day we’re reminded of what’s wrong with Australia.

The headlines.
The outrage.
The division.
The negativity.

But today, I wanted to do something different.

My family immigrated to Australia in 1982, and not a year has passed that I haven’t been grateful for the opportunities this incredible country has given us.

Australia isn’t perfect, no country is, but it’s also a nation that has changed the world through innovation, courage, compassion and opportunity.

Sometimes we spend so much time focusing on our problems that we forget to celebrate our achievements.

So here’s my challenge…

Tell me one thing that makes you proud to be Australian.

It could be an invention, an achievement, a place, a person, a memory, or simply the opportunity this country has given you or your family.

Let’s prove that positivity is just as contagious as negativity.

Because the next generation is watching us.

Let’s show them that gratitude, optimism and believing in what’s possible will always build a stronger future than fear and division.

STOP. Before you agree to sell your home off market, ask yourself this…

How can anyone tell you they’ve achieved the best price for your home if they never gave the entire market the chance to compete for it?

Some homeowners are being encouraged to skip marketing altogether because it’s ā€œeasierā€, ā€œquickerā€, or ā€œsaves money.ā€

But here’s the question that really matters…

What if saving a few thousand dollars in marketing costs ends up costing you tens, or even hundreds of thousands of dollars on your sale price?

The highest prices are often achieved when multiple buyers know your property is available and compete against each other.

No competition. No urgency. No way of knowing what your home was truly worth.

Don’t make one of the biggest financial decisions of your life based solely on convenience or promises. Make it based on strategy, exposure, and evidence.
