What are you not wearing due to your inner chat?

The amount of times I hear ‘I love it but I couldn’t wear it because….insert self doubt, the weight of others opinions and years of media body madness.

And I can always empathise with you because there was a me that wouldn’t have worn the baggy jeans or the oversized shirt for fear of looking bigger. She definitely wouldn’t have exposed her legs in the gym and definitely lifted and sucked in for fear of thigh spread or having a tummy (a tummy that grew three babies) and a warped sense of how I felt to how I looked.

What I want you to learn from me, you are more than your body, nobody is critiquing you like you and you are the one living your life.

You get to wear whatever you want but I want you to feel great every time.

Your style is only about you. Your body is ever changing, hard working and should be celebrated….but if you are not there yet then appreciated.

I love working one to one with my clients to support them in not only looking good but feeling it too.
The only thing better than that is when you bring your mum to me too, gorgeous Irene is 89 and is going to feel as amazing as her daughter and granddaughter 💙
