14 weeks left peeps, b***y still thick though.
Giving you a photo update of our current condition. We definitely reaching a new level of conditioning this prep, can feel fam. All because of the work we did in the offseason, there is definitely not enough talk on the importance of a proper offseason which sets you up for a smooth and better result for comp prep. Calories are sitting at 2000, training is 5 days a week, with the fifth day mainly focused on stretching/mobility. No cardio, just a 10k step target which is very easy to get in.
The most noticeable difference in this prep is the strength retention in my training, especially the compound lifts. When you use a small rate of loss(roughly 1/2% of total bodyweight) you can decrease your systematic and muscular fatigue that happens in result of the diet. Leading to better training sessions and a better overall look.
Nutrition approach has been very simplistic. We have used a linear diet approach since it has been working well for us.
Next conditioning check point is 10 weeks out, jobโs not finished so letโs continue to hustle.๐๐พ๐๐พ
