White choc ganache-280g white choc melted with 150g cream, 100g whipped cream

Dark choc ganache-350g dark choc melted with 350g cream, 150g whipped cream

Chocolate glaze
300g dark choc, 200g cream, 20g butter, 20g honey

Toasted walnuts to decorate
