Ricardo Garcia-Rosas is the co-founder and CEO of Virtetic, a pioneering health-tech startup transforming the limb loss recovery experience through game-based virtual reality interventions. With a PhD focused on prosthetics and virtual reality, he combines deep research expertise with translational innovation to advance patient-centred rehabilitation. Under his leadership, Virtetic has participated in leading medtech accelerators and commercialisation programs, collaborated closely with clinicians and people with limb loss, and launched its first virtual reality intervention in the Australian market.

Dr Grant Blashki is a practising GP, academic, and global health leader working at the intersection of mental health, climate change, and digital health. He is an Associate Professor at the Nossal Institute for Global Health (University of Melbourne), Adjunct Associate Professor at Monash University, and a Fellow of the Climate Council, with additional appointments including Honorary Professor at Shenzhen Luohu Hospital Group. He has co-authored over 140 peer-reviewed publications and nine books, and is lead editor of General Practice Psychiatry, translated into Italian and Mandarin. Dr Blashki currently leads the University of Melbourne’s Masters subject Planetary and Global Health, has led major national and international research programs, and has played senior advisory roles across mental health, climate health, ESG, and healthcare innovation.
