You can kiss getting fat in your building phase goodbye.

Because the research is pretty clear. You cannot force feed muscle growth. More food does not automatically mean more muscle. Usually it just means more fat and a longer cut.

111 studies. 1,927 men. Average muscle gain over 10 weeks for a trained lifter? About 1kg.

So if you finished your so called build 15kg heavier, let’s not pretend most of that was muscle.

The good news is you do not need to get fat to build. You need better ex*****on, better training, and a plan that is not stupid.
