This weekend we’re having to accept some sad realities of life. But we’re doing it positively by being open on a public holiday 😮

Sadly, Dani is away, to attend a funeral in Perth, so there will be no pastries in the cabinet on Saturday or Sunday this week. 🥲🥲🥲

We will also be short staffed, but ironically it’s the two tall ones who’ll be present, so due to this and the public holiday, we’re going to be open for a few hours less both days.

Michael has whipped up some fun stuff so you can still get a little treat when you visit. There will be loads of cookies, a fun cheesecake, and of course, soft serve! With the option to get them together 🎉

We will also have some extra special coffees on the bar, and a banger of a sparkling iced tea.

Bring your dogs so we can send Dani emotional support photos, we will see you between 8am and 1pm

So many pastries in the cabinet, even though actively tried to do less. Lots of super special .g.allen coffees brewing on bar in celebration of (not attending lol) . A delightful wedding situation happening up the back of our roastery on Saturday morning for some wonderful humans. Here’s to saying no to lots of things, and yes to the things that mean the most.

Two days left to stock up before our well-needed extended Easter/birthday break. Closing 3pm Sunday 29th March, reopening 7am on Wednesday 8th April.

This weekend’s menu is everything you never wanted, but you got anyway. Or maybe it’s just everything Michael wanted, but you got anyway. Either way, it’s full of fun, tasty s**t, including a new sausage roll flavour, LOTS of Hot Croissant Buns, an ode to Pompompurin, and an updated twist on the OG Core Carrot Cake that y’all keep asking me to make but ain’t nobody got time for that.
