Re tile of the bathroom and shower base floor - The previous grout had cracked and created water damage so needed to rip up all existing tiles, keeping wall tiles intact, dry out any damp spots and re-waterproof, tile so that the shower base would be symmetrical as possible and we also used Mapei grout to improve strength and minimise any chance of cracking once again
