Mornings & nights can be cold & miserable and motivation to show up is certainly a lot harder to find. Studies have shown the declines in our mental health as social activities can drop off and it can feel lonely & isolating. We are also lacking the natural mood boosters we receive from sunshine โ˜€๏ธ and time spent outside in nature ๐ŸŒฟ

This week ๐—ž๐—ถ๐—บ ๐—š๐—ฎ๐—น๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ officially hit the โ€œ๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿฌ๐—ž๐—ด ๐—–๐—น๐˜‚๐—ฏโ€ for the first time in a very long time โ€” and what a milestone it is.

Starting at ๐Ÿต๐Ÿญ.๐Ÿด๐—ธ๐—ด when she joined our program in January, Kim has just weighed in at ๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿต.๐Ÿฑ๐—ธ๐—ด.

๐—ง๐—ผ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—น ๐˜„๐—ฒ๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐˜ ๐—น๐—ผ๐˜€๐˜€: ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฎ.๐Ÿฏ๐—ธ๐—ด.

To celebrate this incredible transformation, weโ€™ve organised a ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—ฝ๐—ต๐—ผ๐˜๐—ผ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ผ๐˜ for Kim in the coming weeks to show off her new, strong, fit physique.

As a single mum who joined us carrying the weight of emotional hurdles, alcohol struggles, and past trauma, Kim has been absolutely unwavering in her commitment to her self-care plan โ€” and the results speak for themselves. To put this in perspective;

If there was ever a time change for a coaching call, she made it work and locked it into her calendar as a priority.

โœ… ๐— ๐—ผ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐—บ๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—น๐˜†, ๐—ž๐—ถ๐—บ ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ธ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ ๐—บ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜๐—ต๐˜€ ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ. Relapses with triggers related to alcohol and trauma didnโ€™t derail her long game. She never let one bad month hijack her progress โ€” she got straight back on the horse the following month.

โœ… ๐—ฆ๐—ต๐—ฒโ€™๐˜€ ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜„ ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒ ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป, geared towards muscular tone, and is fully committed to the next 20 weeks it will take to achieve that goal.
