Last week, I had the privilege of guiding a sound bath and meditation session hosted by endota Australia & New Zealand for the Melbourne Victory Women’s Forum.

The evening was created to inspire wellbeing, self-development, and meaningful connection — extending well beyond the football field.

It was so meaningful to witness so many women taking time to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. These moments of presence and connection can create a ripple effect, not only within ourselves but in the way we show up for those around us.

The Melbourne Victory community holds a special place in my heart.
When my nephew Hudson was diagnosed with cancer, they generously invited us onto the field to meet the players, a moment he cherished deeply as the soccer lover he was.

Sri Lanka retreat postponed 🌴
Over the past little while, I’ve been deeply moved by the beautiful responses from women both who have recently joined a retreat, as well as those wishing to join and craving retreat experiences closer to home.

I’ve listened and am making a conscious decision to pour my energy into continuing to create special retreat experiences here in Victoria, for the gorgeous community that’s here, asking and ready. ✨️

Sri Lanka is still a dream I hold close. I’ve always loved travelling the world, and Sri Lanka will always be deeply special to me as it’s part of my roots. I know I’ll return when the timing feels aligned.
For now, my heart is calling me to focus on proving experiences here in Victoria that feel truly supportive. 🤍
