To help prospective students seamlessly navigate their options, we developed a highly accurate, 24/7 AI chatbot designed to serve as an expert digital advisor. By using a strictly constrained knowledge base, the custom GPT solution provides instant, multilingual answers to complex queries regarding curriculum, scholarships, and visas, allowing busy executives and international applicants to find the information they need in seconds.

In just its first 30 days, the bot handled over 130 unique conversations, driving high-intent lead generation and dramatically reclaiming time for the admissions team.
