The Warema ZIP awning spans up to 4.5 metres, offering comprehensive shading for the west-facing facade of Fitzroy Courtyard House. Imogen Pullar shares, "We opted for a single shade with tracks to ensure complete coverage. Shade Factor products almost completely disappear when stowed, adding significant comfort during hot summers."
