Last night was Melbourne Food & Wine’s first outing at Chadstone and our first World’s Longest Dinner, and it was a mighty fine time. Thanks to everyone who came out and made it so fun.

Shout out to Nat’s cured snapper with grapefruit and kombu oil, Audrey’s O’Connor beef with bagna cauda and braised greens, and Ju’s sensational Moon Blanc, a chestnut and chocolate mousse set on a charcoal sablé and spiked with blackcurrant. So good.
