Last night was Melbourne Food & Wineโ€™s first outing at Chadstone and our first Worldโ€™s Longest Dinner, and it was a mighty fine time. Thanks to everyone who came out and made it so fun.

Shout out to Natโ€™s cured snapper with grapefruit and kombu oil, Audreyโ€™s Oโ€™Connor beef with bagna cauda and braised greens, and Juโ€™s sensational Moon Blanc, a chestnut and chocolate mousse set on a charcoal sablรฉ and spiked with blackcurrant. So good.
