This room was undoubtedly the most popular settlement venue in the Melbourne CBD, pre-Pexa. Usually a hub of activity and loud noise. Today it's devoid of both. It's quite eerie in fact. Whilst the new digital age of Conveyancing is exciting, I am none the less saddened by the mass redundancies of thousands of Settlement Clerks across the country who no longer have a job...all victims of the technological revolution 😔 The message is clear...keep abreast of technology as much as possible, or risk being lost in the fear of it.

Dear family and friends, with much anticipation I am very pleased to formally announce that my business Axcent Conveyancing Services is officially opened. My office is conveniently located in Williamstown and is opened between the hours of 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday. I am also happy to make appointments outside of those hours if more convenient.
