Melbourne Indigenous Professional Employment Program (MIPEP) 2019

As a member of the Melbourne Indigenous Professional Employment Program (MIPEP) 2019 cohort, you are employed on a two-year contract where you rotate between two business areas. During this time, you’ll work as a team member in a dynamic and busy environment gaining plenty of skills and broad experience in administrative and business support work.

A great incentive about MIPEP is you get to complete a Diploma qualification at no cost to you and classes are completed on campus.

Support is provided to you along your journey. You’ll be assigned a dedicated and trained mentor and able to access support services through Murrup Barak and AFL SportsReady.

As an added benefit you’ll participate in a range of professional development and enrichment activities.
