What a way to wrap up a massive year. Our annual planning sessions brought the COG, Wahoo Marketing and Empire Creative teams together from across the country for the first time — and we rounded it out with a Christmas celebration filled with great food, plenty of laughs and some literal hit-and-miss rounds of darts 🎯

Most importantly, we strengthened the connections that keep our rapidly growing group moving forward together. Here’s to an even bigger 2026!

Spotlight on Sophie Rasmussen! Since joining COG in 2024, she’s grown her skills and role, bringing a razor-sharp eye for detail to every project.

Here's a bit more about her:

Q. Tell us about your role, how long you’ve been here, and what you love about your job.

A. I’ve been at COG for just over 12 months now and I am loving it. I’ve never been in a workplace with such a great team. Honestly love working with them all and appreciate the collaboration and support I get from everybody every day. I thrive in the fast-paced environment but also really enjoy having the odd project that I can really take my time on and iterate to perfection.
