Interval set 1 - 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off 40 kg x 2, 6RPM, 7 in the last 60s. (3 reps x 9, + 7reps)
Interval set 2 - 40s on, 20s off x 10, 24 kg x 2 12ish RPM
