Sound Consciousness

I’m not someone who really believes in the turning of a new year, but I do appreciate the symbolism of it. A pause to reflect, honour endings, and recommit to what brings me joy, because joy is connected to my deep authentic self. Joy is contagious, and so is authenticity, and when I choose to live from that space others around me feel it too.
