Once upon a time, requesting you to self-tape for your audition was only if it was absolutely necessary, because you couldn’t make the studio session or you were in another location.

We WANTED and NEEDED you in the room. In our lovely well lit studio space, with a perfect back drop, microphone, camera and us guiding and directing you through every step of the text and delivery.

Insert Covid. Well, hasn’t this just thrown us all a new ball game!?
This sh$tshow has done a full topsy turvy on our industry and I think we need to talk about it.
