There are people in Australia, like Dodgy Dave, who are unlawfully charging for immigration advice and exploiting vulnerable visa applicants.

If that’s you – we’re onto you.

We are taking strong action. We recently removed a non-citizen who scammed international students and lodged fraudulent visa applications. They now face bans on returning to Australia.

If you give paid immigration advice without being a registered migration agent or an Australian legal practitioner, you’re committing a serious offence. Non-citizens can face visa cancellation, detention and removal.

If you’re doing the wrong thing, stop now – or expect consequences.
