Rebecca brings leadership experience across Australian sport, including roles with the Brisbane Lions, GWS Giants, Netball NSW, CEO of Little Athletics NSW, and currently as CEO of Gymnastics NSW.

She balances big-picture thinking with real operational experience, and has a knack for turning ideas into things that actually work. A long-time champion of Dreamjar, Rebecca has believed in the quality of our work well before joining the Board.
