Personal Assistant to the conveyancer

Looking for an applicant to join our team 3-4 days a week in Craigieburn ~ 9am - 5pm as soon as possible.

The applicant must have experience of 1-2 years in the conveyancing industry and should have the knowledge of the whole process and should be confident and prompt to assist the customers and the conveyancer with the relevant work. We are happy to provide the support wherever needed. Communication skills, confidence and team work plays an important role.

Responsibilities:

Attending to the phone calls, making calls to clients and banks.
Line up calls or the work for the conveyancer
Knowledge how to prepare the Contract and Section 32.
Assisting the conveyancer with the emails and this is only possible if the applicant is aware of the full process.
