From 16 years old with a dream… to the NFL 🇺🇸🏈🤙🏽

16yo Luke flew from Qld to Melb with his mum and walked into Conquest Athletic Performance with big goals… they both trusted our work and joined our CQ Football Pathway Program.

After attending an elite private U.S. high school, Luke earned a Division 1 football scholarship and graduated with TWO degrees — Psychology & Philosophy!!! Now he’s signed to the NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles. 🦅

What makes it even better? He’s back home training with us and pouring his knowledge and experience into the next generation of CQ athletes — inspiring and showing them exactly what’s possible when you commit, sacrifice, maintain discipline and take your opportunities.

has officially made the Australian Women’s Flag Football Team 🇦🇺🏈 — and the most amazing part? She had never played flag football before!

Kyana’s relentless work ethic, willingness to step out of her comfort zone, and commitment to trying something new have now taken her all the way to China to represent our country. It’s a privilege to train such a focused and motivated athlete 🙌🏽
