Spirit of Transformation Program 24/03/2026

Women’s Spirit Project’s Spirit of Transformation program is back again in 2026, after a successful addition in 2025. Please see below and attached for program information, particularly the information sessions via Zoom on the 21st April.

Why this program matters:
Over the past 7 years, the Women’s Spirit Project has supported hundreds of women to rebuild their wellbeing, confidence and sense of connection.

The Spirit of Transformation program has also been independently evaluated by Monash University, reinforcing its impact in improving mental health, resilience and social connection.

This work directly supports broader community wellbeing, prevention and early intervention outcomes — which we know are a shared priority across Casey.
