I have had the pleasure of knowing Arash since 2020 as a member of XSFitness, where I started my career.
Weâve been working together since the start of 2024 after he enjoyed an 8 week free exercise program.
Arash goals were primarily fat loss & muscle gain, which he is CHARGING through.
Alongside the body-composition, we are improving his energy & focus for the day to day, metabolism (kcal intake), joint pain and countless movements which had plateaued progress (e.g squat, deadlift).
After an initial recomposition phase , we pushed harder into a diet before reversing the way out & transitioning into this extended performance phase without any âholdsâ ; spending the least amount of time at reduced kcal intake as Arash already had chronically low intake previously.
Arash has plenty of time to push this phase out, the focus moving forward remains on performance in the gym, supported with progressive nutrition.

Trainingâs done, fuelâs in, condition is on lock đ
has made great improvements to his package between the state show 2 weeks ago and nationals tomorrow.
After states, I knew I wanted to see Tyler come in heavier, knowing how much better he looks fuller versus flatter, with so much frame to fill.
~118kg on stage at states, aiming for ~119.5kg on stage at nationals â more skin impression from full muscles, more freak factor.
Despite looking better heavier, his condition is sharper âon the way downâ rather than when carbing up.
To hit both of these requirements and create his most balanced stage look, we re-started loading and higher-volume training post-states, between 625â700g CHO per day.
Through this week coming into the show, Iâve pulled carbs down to 525g, with 575g going in today to maintain his weight after waking up light this morning.
Predictable, repeatable, and in a physiological position to be well posed and presentable on stage.
