HeepsGood Sunflower Sprout Smoothie
Sunflower Sprouts are easy to grow at home and are bursting with nutrients! The HeepsGood Sunflower Microgreens in this Smoothie are high in protein and easy to digest. Plus it’s full of nutrients like Vitamin C, folate, and beta carotene!.

For one delicious serving
You will need…

✅ 1 banana
✅ 1 green apple, cored and rough chopped
✅ handful sunflower sprouts (½ cup)
✅ 1 cup baby spinach
✅ 1 tablespoon h**p seeds (optional)
✅ 1/2 lemon, juiced

How to make it…
1️⃣ Combine ingredients in a high-powered blender with cold water and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass. Enjoy!

Notes…
You can store this smoothie in the refrigerator up to 24 hours.

HeepsGood Mixed Berries & Pea Shoot Smoothie.

For one delicious serving
You will need…
✅ A large handful of HeepsGood pea shoot microgreens
✅ 1.5 cups of coconut water
✅ 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
✅ 2 tablespoon peanut butter
✅ Honey, or maple syrup (optional)

How to make it…
1️⃣ In a blender, add pea shoot with 3/4 cup coconut water and blend everything together.
2️⃣ Add frozen mixed berries and peanut butter with remaining coconut water.
3️⃣ Add honey or maple syrup if you like sweeter smoothies, and blend again till smooth and creamy

Notes…
Instead of coconut water, you can use dairy or non-dairy milk.
Peanut butter can be substituted with other nut/seed butter such as almond, sunflower butter, tahini
To add creaminess, banana or avocado can be used
