3 lessons on how Pedro went from low energy and hitting snooze on his alarm clock…

When I met Pedro he was struggling with a lack of direction in his health, training hard without seeing desired results, eating what he thought was healthy but frustrated with not losing weight, and experiencing low energy. Pedro was unable to get out of bed without hitting snooze, had no energy, and felt slow and lethargic, led to believe it was partly due to age.

This is my raw and unfiltered story.
My journey truly began after graduating from university and entering the world of management.
Like many, I grappled with the challenge of balancing life’s demands and found myself burnt out, highly stressed, and witnessing the numbers on the scales rise every day (and not from muscle...).
But I refused to let that define me.
Life then threw higher work demands at me, compounding the struggle to manage life outside of work. I found myself lacking purpose and drive, trapped in a downward spiral where both my mental and physical health suffered. My values weren’t aligned with the life I was leading.
Perhaps you’ve felt the same?
Despite it all, I delved deep and discovered a unique method that allowed me to manage stress and fatigue from a demanding job, gaining new levels of cognition. I broke through mental fatigue while also losing body fat, putting me back on track to build my dream physique. It was a domino effect where positive changes continued to happen, fostering momentum for greater things.
However, life wasn’t finished testing me. Poor gut health from years of antibiotic abuse and poor eating patterns flared up again, pushing me to my limits.
Once more, I felt lost and hopeless as the domino effect halted, along with many positive adaptations I longed to experience. I finally decided to take a full-body holistic approach and get to the bottom of my gut issues. With the help of a mentor who could incorporate blood work with optimal ranges, rather than conventional ranges from a regular check-up, I stopped being a victim to my issues. Instead, I looked at the ROOT cause, shedding light on my path.
In my darkest hours, I grappled with body fat, low confidence, low self-esteem, low energy, and a lack of purpose in my life.
