Multiple large superannuation funds in Australia have been hit by a co-ordinated cyberattack. The criminals have largely been targeting people in pension drawn down phase who can request lump sum withdrawals.

If you are with any of the funds named in the article, please:

✳️ Login and check your super account.

✳️ Change your password and make it complex.

✳️ Enable Multi Factor Authentication (MFA).

✳️ If you think something is suspicious or you can’t access your account, please contact your super fund immediately.

Even if your fund has not been named / impacted, it may be a good time to follow the above steps and secure your super account anyway.

Alyshia is still missing.

“Aly” is a 21 year old female with special needs who was last seen leaving her Botanic Ridge (Cranbourne area) home on foot Friday 20th December around 10am.

Aly was wearing a light blue dress and was carrying a backpack. She is not often off her phone so to not hear from her in 48 hours is very concerning.

Reports are coming in to say she has been seen around the Frankston and Somerville areas.

Please keep an eye out for Aly and contact police immediately if you see her.
