Try these 3 simple exercises to improve your posture, mobility, and reduce aches from sitting all day:
1οΈβ£ Seated Thoracic Extension
Sit tall, place your hands on your desk, and gently push your chest to the ground. Keep your lower back stable.
π Great for opening up the chest and reversing that hunched posture.
2οΈβ£ Seated Side Bending
Reach one arm overhead and slowly lean to the opposite side. Keep both sit bones grounded.
π Helps loosen up the sides of your spine and reduce stiffness.
3οΈβ£ Seated Open Books
Sit upright, arms out in front, then rotate your upper body as you open one arm behind you. Follow your hand with your eyes.
π Perfect for improving spinal rotation and relieving tension.
π‘ Aim for 8β10 reps each side, a couple of times throughout your workday.
