Try these 3 simple exercises to improve your posture, mobility, and reduce aches from sitting all day:

1️⃣ Seated Thoracic Extension
Sit tall, place your hands on your desk, and gently push your chest to the ground. Keep your lower back stable.
πŸ‘‰ Great for opening up the chest and reversing that hunched posture.

2️⃣ Seated Side Bending
Reach one arm overhead and slowly lean to the opposite side. Keep both sit bones grounded.
πŸ‘‰ Helps loosen up the sides of your spine and reduce stiffness.

3️⃣ Seated Open Books
Sit upright, arms out in front, then rotate your upper body as you open one arm behind you. Follow your hand with your eyes.
πŸ‘‰ Perfect for improving spinal rotation and relieving tension.

πŸ’‘ Aim for 8–10 reps each side, a couple of times throughout your workday.
