Performance is beyond a session.
It’s how you eat, how you move, how you show up and who you surround yourself with.
Train hard but don’t forget to live properly.

Intentionality in training separates you from the competition you feel you can’t catch.
Trying to achieve 10 outcomes in one session is unrealistic and will have you going nowhere.
Ability to do a lot more with less is a trait of great players, the same way that they can make the game look slowed down while playing at full speed.
Every training session you go into should be prefaced with between 1-3 key points you’re trying to develop or add into your game.
It’s easy to say your implement habits and actions when you get to game day but without the conscientious practising and ingraining into your nervous system, your freeze up, be a step behind the play or just caught in your head.
Practice with the focus and intensity that turns game day into another training session.
