Hey everyone! I had to share the amazing post by Whole Beginnings Wellness Studio about our Yoga Nidra Sound Bath session last Sunday.
Co-facilitating these sessions with Helen Forster for the past 5 years has been an absolute joy for me.
I love connecting with like-minded souls and hearing about their experiences of finding clarity, letting go of stress, and feeling rejuvenated. It truly fills my cup!

On Sunday evening I was so blessed to facilitate the most amazing Yoga Nidra Sound bath with Graham Rankin from .

OMG!! This one was so extraordinary I have no words to describe the energy that filled the room. We always begin our evening with a beautiful Yoga Nidra Meditation and then move into Graham's sound bath. This time, there were sounds that filled the room that were so different than that which I had heard before.

A few people in the room came up to me after the event and described the exact same experience.........it was as thought 100's of our ancestors walked into the room. Whilst every Yoga Nidra Sound bath is extraordinary, this one was a whole other level of divine vibration.
