This is your reminder to get outside, grab a pen and paper and create.

Create that business. Create words. Create ideas. Jot down your thoughts and word vomit whatever you need. It is so easy to get caught up in overthinking and the 'what if' but I'll let you in on a secret... thoughts are so much easier to manage on paper.

You are worthy. You are loved. You are enough. You belong.

We spend too much of our lives convincing ourselves the opposite of the above. Break the cycle. Repeat after me:

I am worthy. I am loved. I am enough. I belong.

Yes, that's right, you are and you do.

I am currently seeking 5 pro bono clients to trial out my new program '6 Weeks to a Lighter Mindset'.

I am seeking 5 women who are struggling in a cycle of weight loss/gain and want to make permanent change going forward.

What's involved: 6 hourly sessions - one session a week for 6 weeks on the phone. You must be able to commit to all 6 sessions to participate. Session times can be morning or night Monday to Friday.

If you are interested in participating then let me know via direct message so we can have an ecology check and get to know one another better before commencing :)
