Hours: 24 Hours Per Week
Hourly Rate: $26.44 Per Hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
👉Welcoming clients and visitors professionally
👉Managing phone calls, emails, and appointments
👉Assisting with student and migration enquiries
👉Maintaining client records and office documentation
👉Supporting the team with administrative and operational tasks
👉Following up leads and assisting prospective students and migration clients
👉Creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and short-form video content
👉Assisting with social media engagement and marketing activities
👉Appearing in videos when required and promoting the company's services professionally

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
👉Minimum 1 year of previous experience in the Education and Migration Industry (Mandatory)
👉Excellent communication and customer service skills
👉Strong computer and administrative skills
👉Experience creating social media content, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels
👉Professional presentation and positive attitude
👉Ability to work independently and within a team
👉Strong organisational and time-management skills
