Love them.. Hate them.. Bro splits are DONE either way

Upper/Lower, full body and PPL/U/L are superior, why?

✅ Frequency of training each muscle
✅ Enhanced recovery

Yesterday I had the privilege of watching Sylvain and Jacob show off what their 16 weeks of Powerlifting prep accumulated to. The result? First place and gold medals all round in their weight categories 🥇

It was VERY impressive for their first Novice meets and I'm probably more excited than them for their next comps 😅
