As part of our major partnership with Scenic Rim Eat Local Month, we were proud to take part in the Scenic Rim's iconic Winter Harvest Festival, the marquee event on the Eat Local Month calendar.

Our Beaumoor Wheel of Wins was a hit with festivalgoers, giving away local produce vouchers and prizes in celebration of the incredible growers, makers and businesses that make this region so special.

A huge thank you to Scenic Rim Regional Council for delivering such a fantastic event, and to all the local producers and businesses who brought the day to life.

We’re proud to be supporting the local community and shining a light on the best the Scenic Rim has to offer.

Last night we were thrilled to win the Residential Subdivision Award at the 2025 Urban Development Institute of Australia (National) Awards for Excellence for The Point Estate in Point Lonsdale.

The awards recognises and celebrates the very best that Australia’s urban development industry has to offer, featuring finalists from each state and territory who have proven their ability to innovate and deliver high quality developments in a rapidly changing marketplace.

A thoroughly deserved accolade for members of our team and valued partners who have contributed to the development of The Point since it was acquired in 2013.
