Promax Construction has been appointed as the preferred builder for a new state of the art aged care facility in Victoria. PROMAX’s expertise and experience in the aged care sector has seen our team lead the project to date, coordinating all aspects from acquisition, through to design, to permit stages. The site, located 20km north of the Melbourne CBD and known for its woodlands and nature wildlife reserves, has seen PROMAX carefully consider the natural topography to design a building that ensures the character and landscape of the area. The many existing and historic trees scattered across the site have been retained creating an environment in line with Community wants and expectations.

At Promax Construction, we are proud to have partnered on many projects where allocations have been made to provide those most vulnerable in the community with affordable housing solutions. Homelessness Week begins this weekend, join us and sign the Everybody's Home petition demanding more social housing to meet the enormous need for affordable homes from people facing homelessness.

Promax Construction has been appointed as Head Contractor for an apartment development in the heart of trendy Northcote in Victoria. We are thrilled to be making a contribution to this ever evolving suburb. With immaculate Edwardian mansions and newer complexes peppering the streets, the median house prices of Northcote continually lead the inner north.

With this gem of a design Promax are commencing in August, we look forward to bringing the lovely people of Northcote a new development that truly exemplifies the artsy neighbourhood vibes from past and present day.
