Yesterday wasn’t our day however the boys showed passion and heart from start to finish.
Going ahead 1-0 in the first half from a Peter Lay Goal hitting Afghan Premiers on the counter attack.
We unfortunately conceded a penalty seconds before the halftime whistle bringing it to 1-1 going into halftime.
Afghan Premiers started strong in the second half and punished us early.
The boys never gave up and on another day the final result could have been very different.
