What an epic time we had celebrating four years of movement, community, sweat and laughs in our Prahran studio. To everyone who joined our birthday classes, brought the energy, and showed up with love, we thank you. You’ve made this space what it is 💛

A massive shoutout to every legend who completed (or attempted) our famous 5x5 Challenge. Five weeks, five classes, endless determination. The vibes were high, the studio was buzzing and we’re beyond proud of each of you.
