I challenge you to think about these 4 areas that will help you understand what exactly you want from the next role.

✅ Is it the lack of recognition and visibility with key stakeholders, or is it about the money and feeling underpaid for your contributions?

✅ Is it the frustration of not getting a promotion, or do you actually crave more meaningful projects that challenge you and help you grow professionally?

✅Is it the long hours and lack of work-life balance, or is it the lack of flexibility and autonomy that’s really making you feel trapped?

✅ Do you dislike the people you work with, or is it the lack of collaboration and meaningful connections at work that makes your work environment feel isolating?

Next time you say you hate your job, try to understand what will make the next one better.

I changed this to start cracking Interviews⬇️

I grew up believing interviews = giving the right answers.

But what actually in real world is showcasing your thinking, problem-solving and your potential.

I had to UNLEARN so many notions that helped me build a well paid International career:

✔️Interviews aren’t about perfection, you need to be as human as possible and build connection.

✔️Likability matters more than “knowing it all”

✔️The higher you go, the less they care about right answers and more about your ability to have strategic thinking.

✔️Stop treating it like a Q&A → Start treating it like a conversation

✔️Your value is shown in how you showcase your value, not in memorised responses

✔️If you don’t come across as likable, your skills alone won’t save you.

Next time you step into an interview:

✅Treat it like a conversation, not an exam where you have to get the right answers.

✅Bring your best self, not your “perfect” self
