Today I made a batch of Hong Kong–style egg tarts – buttery, flaky crust with smooth, sweet egg filling. So satisfying fresh out of the oven! 🥰🥧

Also baked some golden goodies:

The kitchen smells amazing and the trays didn’t stay full for long! 😋
