Congratulations to our U13 Tigers on an incredible season and your very first Grand Final appearance.
Unfortunately, tonight wasn’t our night, finishing as u13 Div 2 runners-up. While the result didn’t go our way, this team should be immensely proud of everything they have achieved throughout the season.
From their growth and resilience to their composure under pressure, the team have represented our club with pride every step of the way. There were some fantastic passages of play tonight, and they never stopped competing until the final siren.
A huge congratulations to the Essendon Skynights on a well-deserved premiership. You have been worthy opponents all season, and we look forward to meeting again in Spring.
A special congratulations to Emma, who was awarded Grand Final MVP as selected by the umpires. What an incredible achievement and a testament to the hard work, determination, and skill she has shown all season.
