An independent review of the NETCC program is underway.

Whether you’re a consumer, Approved Seller, or industry stakeholder, this is your chance to help shape stronger consumer protections in new energy tech.

A lot has happened since the NETCC program launched three years ago. New technologies have emerged, consumer expectations have shifted, and industry practices have matured.

The independent review, conducted by PATHMAKER and grids, will evaluate how the NETCC program is meeting consumer and industry needs, and recommend improvements to strengthen consumer protection.

You can participate in the review by taking an online survey and sharing your experiences of the program as a consumer, Approved Seller or industry stakeholder. You can also register for upcoming workshops and focus groups.
