🐝🌼 Buzzing into sensory play!

Today the children explored a bee-themed sensory invitation filled with lentils, scoops, honeycomb tubes, and little bees. As they scooped, poured, and searched through the sensory materials, they were developing fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, concentration, and early mathematical concepts such as volume and quantity.

Sensory experiences like these encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent exploration while supporting children’s understanding of the world around them through meaningful play.

There was plenty of excitement as the children discovered hidden bees and created their own little hive adventures! 🐝✨
