Sitting on the edge of my bed, clutching my pendulum as tears flowed down my face. Such a rejuvenating, peaceful time with friends! I was feeling quite unsettled beforehand and after alternating between the comforting warmth of the sauna with a refreshing dip in the gently flowing creek I felt so grounded and in the present moment. So many health benefits with saunas. This one is a traditional wood fired sauna. The heat is so comforting and I love the cosy wood fire smell outside. The location is so private and peaceful!
