A little sanctuary we just wizzed over before Xmas overlooking Clontarf and The Spit.

The grout was leaking like a sieve (bathroom being 60 years old). Ripped them out, 2 coats of waterproofing with some left over travertine from a job did the trick ! Not a drop in sight now
