Sailability Bayside

Thursday 25th June and our last sailing day for Term 2. Weather was unsettled with both wind and rain threatening to upset the apple-cart, however we persisted and won the day. Plenty of wind from the SW kept us mobile and fast so that our 73 sailors enjoyed every minute out on the water and the rain developed just as we were winding up. Being the last day of term, a good number of volunteers debriefed at the local watering hole and made ready for some training and maintenance over the two week break. Yacht, Faith, will come out of the water on Monday to be cleaned and antifouled ready for the rest of the year. Thank you to everyone who gave of their time to ensure we all had a great time today.
