🌟 THE KENSI STAR OF THE WEEK 🌟

What a massive weekend for netball! To top off a great day of club games, the Adelaide Thunderbirds took out the SSN Championship! 🏆 While most of us couldn't be at the game, our Pink Army showed up in full force for an incredible Watch Party in the newly renovated wine bar at our major sponsor, The Kensi!

Here are this week's incredibly deserving nominees:
⭐️1. Evie & Lily (Umpires): Absolute powerhouses on the whistle, officiating a massive 3 games each yesterday. Exceptional work, girls!
⭐️2. Isabella (15C & Umpire): Brand new to umpiring this year and doing a stellar job. She showed great confidence and clarity in some tricky situations!
⭐️3. Alison (A2 Manager): Organized, supportive, and encouraging. Alison creates a wonderful, friendly vibe and always makes sure everyone shares the load.
⭐️4. Niamh (11A): One of our young U11 stars who is tracking beautifully, developing great strength and consistency in her game.
⭐️5. Nicole (Committee): An incredibly supportive parent and committee member who is always prepared to lend a helping hand. Always present, and even brings her own first aid kit for those times when skin is left on the court!!!

☀️ The Kensi 🌟OF THE WEEK NOMINEES! ☀️

The winter chill might be trying to set in, but the weather was absolutely beautiful for netball this weekend—and our players, umpires, and volunteers shone even brighter than the sun!

Here are this week's incredibly deserving nominees:
⭐️1. Christina, Abi & Eliza (9B) - These absolute superstars turn up early regular as clockwork to help put the pole guards out and lend a hand wherever it's needed. Always friendly, always helpful—you girls are the definition of great club spirit!

⭐️2. Domenica (15D) - Talk about a triumphant return! Back from a buckle wrist injury, Domenica didn't just ease her way back in—she dominated a full game at Centre, leaving absolutely everything on the court and playing with incredible heart.

⭐️3. Freya (15A) - An absolute powerhouse on the court this week. Freya brought infectious high energy, a stellar positive attitude, and a massive work rate to every single minute of the game.

⭐️4. Greta (Umpire) - Greta regularly steps up to umpire two games every single week. In only her second season wearing the whites for us, her growth has been amazing—she’s seeing the calls beautifully and developing her craft at lightning speed.

⭐️5. Ruby (13A) - After being sidelined by a mild footy concussion and understandably playing a bit cautiously last week, Ruby was back to her brilliant best. She hit the court with her trademark high-pressure defense and relentless game. Fantastic bounce-back, Ruby!
