Excited to share a podcast I recorded with Leone from Harvesting Health πŸ™Œ links to book a consult are attached 😊

NEW EPISODE IS OUT!

In this episode, Leone of Harvesting Health chats about the six naturopathic principles and how they are applied to improve YOUR health outcomes.

Roxy shares some examples of young people she has helped simply using nutrition and lifestyle tips which brings us back to the most basic of naturopathic formula - creating the correct environment for the body to be able to heal itself

Roxy has recently joined the Integrative Team at Harvesting Health and we felt it was a lovely way to introduce her to you all via this episode. If Roxy's treatment style resonates with you be sure to book in using the links below.

Roxy's specialises in paediatric children's health, and fertility. Thus nurturing those earthside and those soon to be so. This is the best form of preventative care we believe.

Breakfast prepped for the next few days βœ”οΈ

This easy recipe is high protein, high fibre, antioxidant rich and perfect for a quick fix…

Ingredients and method:
4 cups blueberries
400g cottage cheese
1-2 cups water or milk (I use water and rice milk)
Chia seeds
Optional:
Honey, cinnamon, PHGG, flaxseeds, nuts

Pop everything, except the chia seeds, in a blender until smooth and divide between 4 jars. Add 3 tablespoons of chia seeds to each jar and stir in. If you want to, add honey or cinnamon etc. (it is pretty tart without sweetener but I like it like that). Set in the fridge for an hour and enjoy! You may need to mix in a little more milk to get the consistency you like. To make it fancier you can top with nuts and fresh fruit πŸ‡

I had a wild time in South Africa, catching up with family and friends. Nourishing my roots and filling my heart. But it is great to be back in clinic. Had some consults Thursday and Friday as a warm up 😁 I have some exciting news to share, but will save that for another post. Here if you need me, reach out with any questions or concerns 🌿🀍
