Muscle Garden Health & Fitness Centre was founded in 2012 by Kay Nyenuh when he decided he wanted to combine his love for fitness with his passion for helping people.

The mission is to create a gym environment where everyday people of all shapes and sizes always feel welcomed, comfortable and supported to achieve their health and fitness goals.
